Canada is known for its high quality of life, but significant social challenges persist, particularly among Indigenous communities, newcomers, and low-income populations. Issues such as food insecurity, lack of affordable housing, mental health struggles, and limited access to education and employment opportunities disproportionately affect these groups. ECLAT aims to bridge these gaps by implementing targeted, community-driven initiatives that promote long-term social and economic well-being.focusing on settlement of immigrants.
